On a tree planted in the garden of love
And watered by the blood of soul,
Two beautiful doves made love above,
As a snake came and watched it all.
She climbed the tree one fine day,
Seduced the dove and for her he fell
Forgot his nest, that silly prey!
So in darkness, forever, he will dwell.
“It is my tree, you won’t survive.
If you’re a cheater, then you’re mine.
It’s only below, I will thee drive,
And the sun on you will never shine.”
And none but fools do believe a serpent,
And be for it a devoted servant.
